I had to send back a pair of shoes because the fit wasn’t right, which I wasn’t exactly thrilled about. But the return was straightforward and the refund came through faster than I expected. No chasing them up, no ridiculous forms, just got it sorted. I’ll begrudgingly admit I’d use flatspot again.

I ordered from flatspot.com and the shipping was cheaper than I thought it would be, maybe by a few bucks or so. Checkout was straightforward too, with no random extra fees popping up at the end. Overall I’m happy with the order and I’d probably buy from them again...

My brother had actually mentioned they were reliable, and he wasn’t wrong. Everything was packed well, the tracking worked fine, and there was no hassle at all. "Good return experience, even if I’m torn on switching brands"
I had to send back a pair of shoes because they just didn’t fit me right. I’ll admit, I’m loyal to my usual shoe brand, so I was already a little unsure about trying something different. I expected the refund to take forever, but it actually showed up just a few days after they received the return. The whole thing was painless. I’m taking off one star because the return instructions could’ve been clearer, but overall it was a decent experience and I’d consider ordering again.

"really happy with my flatspot order"
i ordered a hoodie and a pair of trainers from flatspot and they were both really decent. the hoodie is thick, comfy, and doesn’t feel cheap at all. the trainers looked exactly like the photos too. i’ve been wearing both quite a bit already and haven’t had any problems. pleased with the order and i’d definitely buy from them again
